Yes. We break down each service requested into two payments. The initial 50% payment is due to begin the service (non-refundable). The remainder 50% is due when the service is completed. Once all dues are paid, all of the project files and ownership will be transferred over to you.

We provide two weeks of complimentary assistance after your project is completed, just in case you have any additional questions or need troubleshooting. If further assistance is needed, you have the option to schedule time at our normal hourly rate of $50.00.
